How do I log a jump, and does it work without signal?
Tap the log button on your logbook, fill in the details, and save. Logging works fully offline: a jump you save in airplane mode is stored on your device and syncs automatically the next time you have a connection.
What is the Check-in Pass?
It’s a live, scannable QR that opens a web page showing your licence type, currency, jump numbers and gear service status, pulled straight from Manifest so it can’t be edited or faked. Whoever scans it needs no app.
How does jump sign-off and verification work?
Another licensed jumper can sign off your jumps; their name and licence are recorded on each one. Your profile shows your total jumps and your independently verified jumps side by side. Sign-offs are frozen once made.
How do gear service reminders work?
Add your rig, canopy, reserve and AAD with their service dates, and Manifest reminds you before your reserve repack and AAD service fall due. You set the dates; Manifest never overrides them with assumptions.
What does Manifest Pro include?
Pro is the Lock Screen. Your load appears there the moment it is called, with gear-up and final-call notifications and a live countdown in the Dynamic Island, so the plane does not leave without you. At Manifest Desk dropzones the Lock Screen card is free.
It also adds cloud backup of your tracks, replay stats, your jump receipt, your credentials on your Check-in Pass, and branded PDF exports of your logbook and gear passport. It’s a yearly subscription or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Logging, currency, sign-offs, live loads, dropzones, events and community stay free.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID, so you manage them in iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Manifest, where you can change plan or cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the current period ends.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile → Settings (gear) → Delete account. This permanently erases your profile, jumps, gear, listings and events. It can’t be undone. See our Privacy Policy for what is retained.
How do I report or block someone?
Open the person’s profile or a conversation and use Report or Block. Reports are reviewed, and content is removed or accounts suspended where they break the Terms. To report something urgently, email andre@manifestjump.com.
How do I get the blue verification check?
Verification is free. Upload a credential in your in-app credentials wallet and apply. An authorised admin reviews it. Verification reflects account status; it is not a guarantee of anyone’s skill or certification.
