What happens if the internet drops at our dropzone?
The desk keeps working for the things that cannot wait. It keeps showing the last loads it had, and check-ins, load calls, boarding and departures you make are saved in the browser and sent the moment the internet is back. Payments and new bookings wait for the connection, and a load call whose time has passed is not sent late.

How is Manifest Desk different from other manifest software?
Your jumpers already carry the Manifest app, so the desk and every phone share one live system: jumpers manifest themselves, you stay in control at the desk, payments land in your own Stripe account, and every call, hold and landout reaches the right phone instantly.
How does landout location sharing work?
Nothing is tracked during the jump. After landing, the jumper taps Landed out and picks injured, need a ride or walking back. Their position then updates on a live map at the desk until the call is resolved, so you can send a driver with a pickup pin, call them, or hold every load with one tap.
Is it easy to switch from our current system?
Yes. We move your jumpers and prices over for you, and you can run both side by side for as long as you like, until you trust it.
Who moves our jumpers and balances?
We do, during setup. Export your jumpers and balances from your current system as a CSV and the desk imports them, so every account starts with the right balance.
Is there a contract?
A simple monthly subscription, with no lock-in. Cancel anytime, on any plan. Founding prices are set with each dropzone, so ask us for yours.
What hardware do we need?
Any laptop or tablet with a browser runs the desk. Any TV with a browser shows the hangar board.
Do jumpers pay for the app?
No. The Manifest app is free to download. At your dropzone, jumpers book, top up and get load calls in it.
When are we charged?
Nothing until your desk goes live. Every plan is a monthly subscription with no lock-in, and founding prices for the first dropzones are set with you. Ask us for yours.
Do you take a fee on payments at our desk?
No. Cash, your card terminal and anything you take at the desk is yours, with no fee from us. The fee is only on top-ups jumpers make themselves in the Manifest app.
Who owns the data?
You do. Export it any time on Full-time and up.
What about jumpers on Android?
The Manifest app is on iPhone today, and Android is being built.
